young girl or a loving older woman who they soon discovered

Even if you are going to use the services
of an agency to locate the perfect nanny or babysitter, you
just don’t know for sure how thorough that agency scrutinizes

article doing an overview on the childcare industry, they
discovered that only about half of the professional agencies
in this country do a proper Babysitter Background Check. They
mostly rely upon personal references. The problem is that
statistics state that most references used for resumes are
either friends, family or in some way acquainted with the
applicant. Obviously, you can further now understand how important
a babysitter background check truly is.
As we all know as parents, no one is as concerned for our
kids as we are. No one will check out their potential caregivers
like we will. Then why we would ever allow anyone to care
for our kids without knowing the babysitter background is
beyond me. Don’t risk hiring someone that can potentially
harm your child. Better safe than sorry. Your child is precious
and irreplaceable. Love them enough to find out who that person
really is!
